All digital products sold on our website — including but not limited to mobile wallpapers, digital downloads, and image packs — are intangible goods and are subject to this refund policy.

1. No Refund for Change of Mind

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any of the following reasons:

You changed your mind after purchase
You purchased by mistake
You no longer want the product
The product does not match your personal aesthetic or preference

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that digital products cannot be "returned" once delivered.

2. When We Will Issue a Refund or Replacement

We take product quality seriously. We will issue a full refund or free replacement only in the following cases:

The downloaded file is corrupted or cannot be opened
The download link does not work (and the issue is on our side)
The product received is substantially different from what was described (e.g., missing files, wrong number of wallpapers)

Time limit for claims:
Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.

4. No Refund for Compatibility Issues

Our wallpapers are designed to work with:

iOS 14 and newer
Most Android devices

However, due to the wide variety of devices and screen sizes, we cannot guarantee perfect fit on every device. Minor cropping or manual adjustment may be required when setting the wallpaper.

We do not offer refunds for:

Compatibility issues caused by your specific device
Inability to set the wallpaper due to lack of technical knowledge (instructions are provided in the download email)

Please check the product description and compatibility notes before purchasing.

5. Important Notes

Once the download link has been sent to your email, the product is considered delivered.
We do not offer partial refunds.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
